Building lot preparation:

We can clear a building lot without loosing the stability of the soil. You only mow on top of the ground, mulch and dig only where you need to dig the basement.

 

Building removal:

We also provide building removal services.  In order to demolish 10 houses the old fashioned way, and hauling everything away, we can mulch the old buildings and haul everything away in one container. 

 

We will, in the future, mulch household garbage and put pipes in the ground to produce methane. Tests are being done for this newest procedure, and we have been approved in Quebec and will soon be approved here as well.

 

Land Clearing:

For environmental reasons, burning will no longer be allowed. 

Instead of making a mess with a bulldozer, we leave everything there; leaving this mulch on top of the ground along with all the topsoil.

 

The wood mulcher that goes on top of the ground turns at 1790 rpm and the rock mulcher at 860 rpm. The rock mulcher goes 12 inches into the ground and crushes everything. You can plant potatoes right behind it, saving yourself 4 years of cleaning up the rocks, stumps and sticks. This year we planted 38 acres of new land planting right behind the mulchers. It is great for the environment and will save you time and money.
